

Recovery Oriented Mentoring Project (ROMP, 2011)
In 2011, three leaders from the Worklink organisation participated in a year long recovery based training program called the ‘Recovery Oriented Mentoring Project’ (ROMP). The aim of this innovative program was to ‘drill down’ and unpack recovery-based practice from the general to the specific. ROMP is an action learning program created and facilitated by the Department of Communities, the Community Services Skilling Plan, and Enlightened Consultants with the aim of providing a learning platform to:
Utilising the learning’s and strategies obtained through the ROMP Program, Worklink is currently transforming service delivery practices to align with a recovery oriented approach to service delivery.
ROC IV (Recovery Oriented Cert IV in Mental Health)
Worklink Psychologist, Wolf Scott also participated in the ROC IV training Program to further develop Recovery based skills and knowledge and share this with the Worklink team. The ROC IV training program provided opportunities for participants to develop familiarity with teaching modalities and learning environments that enable the delivery of Certificate IV in Mental Health from a ‘recovery’ orientation.
